We at Blue Horizons are the only buyers agents based in Central Queensland and specialize in high yielding rapid capital growth properties. We are avid property investors ourselves and therefore experienced to create the perfect house and land package or find you the very best existing investment property. In addition to sourcing vacant land and negotiating with builders to get you the very best price, We also look at thousands of existing properties per year and assist clients into an average of 4 properties a week. With existing stock we work with every real estate agency in the region, they call us as soon as a worthwhile investment is listed. Once inspected, if it is suitable we call or email our client and give them a complete description, complete with photos and a market overview. Quite often the client chooses to come on a buying trip with us, obviously, if the client is with us at the time they get the first option to buy.

We at Blue Horizons do not charge an engagement fee like many other agents, we feel our investment properties speak for themselves, only once you have settled a property through us we then invoice you 2.5% of the purchase price (plus GST). Investors should note that the cost of using a buyer's agent is tax-deductible when purchasing a investment property,much the same way that stamp duty is tax deductible. (but you get more for your money with us as opposed to the greedy State Goverment!) We firmly believe that we will save you several times our commission by helping you find the very best property, at the right time and at the right price (and acting on it).
